Olivia WPS I'm from the United States, rules and requirements for equipment differ from region to region. I know some of the techniques used aren't quite what people are used to but that's because what is in the video is what my coach teaches. Everyone has their own styles that they grow into, these are starter steps. Also, I know my voice sounds funny in this, the wind was real bad so I had to voice over the entire audio in a crowded room so it doesn't sound quite right.
