Donna Milgram of IWITTS (Institute for Women in Trades Technology Science) provides a WomenTech Educators Webinar for CCC Confer. IWITTS uses a team-based system for lasting change, using: outreach and recruitment staff; teachers, instructors, and professors; counselors and advisors; and administrators. Examples are described of successful implementations, including City College of San Francisco and the CalWomenTech (highlighted by the National Science Foundation).
