Jessica's POV: When I arrived at school, I slammed the door of my bright yellow truck shut, and started walking towards the entrance. I was about to pull the door open and walk inside, when I heard my name being called. "JESSICAAAAAAAAAA!" I looked back to find out it was my bestfriend Ellie! We had been best friends since the first grade, but she stayed with her dad for the summer in Florida. I wasn't sure if she was going to be coming back to that school, but I'm so glad she did. "OH MY GOD, ELLIE!" I screamed while running to hug her. We hugged and jumped around in a circle, we were so excited to see each other. "How are you?" She asked me. "I'm great!" I replied. "We NEED to catch up, Jess!" Ellie said while getting her things out of her tiny, two seat car. "I know, El!" I said with a smile We both agreed to meet at lunch and talk about everything that happened over the summer, and then walked inside to go to our lockers. I quickly found my new locker for the year and opened it up. I organised it, put everything where I liked, and then grabbed my books for first period. Math. Ugh I hated math.
