La Fauna clarinet quartet consists of young Catalan musicians that met during their formation period. Their great get along together; their passion for music created the desire to make quality music, and it encouraged them to create the quartet with motivation and enthusiasm. During their training, they have shared teachers and ways of working, which has shaped them into similar criteria. At the same time/Meanwhile the diversity of experiences and learning that each one has acquired in their career, enriches constantly the music team spirit. The clarinet is undoubtedly the most expressive wind instrument, capable of addressing the varied repertoire and musical styles. Moreover, coexistence of the different instruments of the clarinet family brings the training chamber music to its full extent period. It allowed registration and encompassing an important tonal richness. A concert of this clarinet quartet is the opportunity to hear a repertoire not usually scheduled for concert halls, consisting of original works and arrangements, from the classical period to nowadays music. This wide range of repertoire comes from the hand of a versatile sound, dynamic and a great ability to describe the rich soundscapes.
